Dan Machtmes, who has been with Allen Flavors Research and Development for four years, has earned his Masters of Science through the Department of Food Science at the School of Environmental and Biological Sciences of Rutgers University.

Through the knowledge of the principles of food biology, food chemistry, and food processing, Dan takes his place among the leaders in development of new, wholesome, nutritious, and safe food products.
