David Kaplan, QC Manager: David holds a BS degree in Operations and Information Systems Management from Pennsylvania State University. Before joining the Allen Flavors team David was Assistant Quality Manager at Del Monte Fresh Produce. David will be managing all aspects of food safety and quality assurance for incoming raw materials through the end process of manufacturing ingredients.
