Joey Allen, with more than thirty years experience in the flavor industry, and Michel Allen, with a BS in Food Science founded Allen Flavors in 1991 as a two person one room operation. Today Allen Flavors boasts manufacturing facilities totaling nearly 150,000 square feet, two analytical laboratories, extensive quality assurance laboratories, a complete flavor laboratory and state of the art research and development laboratory. Allen Flavors, Inc. is also the master distributor for Nestlé coffee and tea and employs nearly one hundred people dedicated to the production of high quality products; excellent service, fair pricing and Making The World Taste Better. Allen Flavors, Inc. is proud to be an American Company serving customers in Mexico, Asia, Europe the Caribbean and throughout the US and Canada.

In 1991 coffee roasting flavors made up most of the inventory at Allen Flavors, Inc. Today we offer those same traditional flavors and many more proprietary flavors as well with beverage, dairy and confection flavors rounding out the flavor portfolio.

Our beverage bases, premixes and blends for teas, enhanced waters, energy drinks, retort beverages, juices and mixers have become legendary in the beverage industry. We developed and continue to supply ingredients for both the number one rated refrigerated and number one rated shelf stable teas in the US.
